But a note of caution: A complete printout of either of these files could run into hundreds of pages. Better to use Excel to target selected pages to print. Decile rank shows performance for each of the past five 12-month periods through the end of June, 2006, compared with other funds using the same investment style. Funds are ranked 1 (top 10%) to 10 (bottom 10%). Down market shows returns from March 24, 2000, through October 9, 2002, the last bear market for stocks. Volatility rank measures volatility of all stock funds on a scale of 1 (least volatile) to 10 (most volatile). Advertisement Maximum load tells you the highest sales fee for purchasing shares. Returns do not reflect loads. But a fund's expense ratio -- the percentage of assets taken out annually to cover management and other fees -- is included in total return.
